Mercury Insurance Open Qualifying Rounds – Saturday, July 14 & Sunday, July 15 at 11:00am - Free Admission - Come watch women players battle it out for a chance to win one of 4 qualifying spots into the singles main draw.

Kids Day – Saturday, July 14
Come out and spend a fun day on the beautiful tennis club grounds of La Costa Resort & Spa for a great day of activities on and off the court. Kids will have a fun morning of tennis and the opportunity to see WTA players in action. This FREE event is open to the general public.

WTA Main Draw – Saturday, July 14 - Main Stadium Court
Come assist Tournament Director, Steve Simon, WTA Supervisors and WTA professional players in making the 2012 Mercury Insurance Open singles main draw. Free Admission at the gates to watch the WTA qualifying rounds.

Main Stadium Promotions – Join the fun! July 16 - 22
Throughout the tournament on the Main Stadium Court, sponsors will engage fans to win prizes such as spa and dining certificates, Bulova watches, visitcarlsbad.com certificates, t-shirts and/or catch player autograph Penn tennis balls. See your personal message on the Main Stadium video walls, choose questions for the players to answer during post match interviews and more!

Player Autograph Signings
Players will sign autographs on site between Monday, July 16 and Thursday, July 19. Times and players to be announced.

Celebrate Our Heroes – Wednesday, July 18
The Mercury Insurance Open will host a special ceremony recognizing veterans, military personnel, police and firemen following the first evening session match. All veterans and current military, police and fire personnel receive (2) complimentary tickets for the evening session. Show proper ID at the Box Office. Other activities will take place during the day. Please check back.

USTA Member Appreciation Day & Reception –Tuesday, July 17, 2:00pm - 3:30pm
USTA members enjoy refreshments and visit with WTA players. Valid USTA membership card is required for entry.

USTA Member Discount Offer – Receive a 30% discount on Grandstand tickets Monday, July 16 through Friday, July 20. USTA Members must purchase tickets at the Box Office with a valid USTA Membership card or fax a copy of their membership card along with their order form to the box office. Limit six (6) discounted tickets per order. Please note this offer does not apply to previously purchased tickets.

Fashion that Heals Fashion Show presented by Saks Fifth Avenue – Thursday, July 19, 4:00pm at La Costa Resort & Spa
This unique fashion show benefits Women’s Health at Tri-City Medical Center and will include renowned keynote speaker Dr. Mimi Guarneri with "Health is Wealth: Renewing Body, Mind and Spirit". Please join us for an afternoon of cocktails, appetizers and professional models wearing today’s chicest designs.
